Olive Chicken Rollups from Charlotte H.

(1) 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
(2) 4 oz. each chopped green chilies, drained
(1) 2-1/4 oz. chopped ripe olives, drained
(1) 2 oz. jar diced pimentos, drained
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/14 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
(8) 8 inch flour tortillas
1-1/4 lbs. smoke deli chicken
salsa or picante sauce, optional

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in chilies, olives, pimentos, garlic powder, chili powder and hot sauce. Spread on one side of each tortilla; top with chicken and roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with salsa if desired.
