Orange Cream Fruit Salad from Jennifer M.

1 (3.5 oz) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup sour cream
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 (15 oz) can sliced/diced peaches, drained well
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained well
2 bananas
1 apple, cored and diced

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the milk and orange juice with an electric mixer. Gradually add the vanilla pudding, mixing for 2 minutes. Mix in sour cream.

In a large salad bowl, combine the fruits except bananas. (Mix in the bananas before serving.) Gently mix in the orange dressing. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. (The key is to drain all the fruits well so that it doesn't get sloppy!)
