Southwestern Skillet Stroganoff - Shawna N 1 lb ground beef 1 Jar(16 ounces) think-and-chunky salsa 2 Cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta (6 ounces) 1/2 Cup sour cream Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in 1 cup of water, salsa pasta and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream; cook just until hot. Serves 4 |
