Stuffed Mushrooms from Stacey I.

2 8oz. packages of cream cheese (softened)
2 lbs. mushrooms (stems removed)
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 package of dry mix Hidden Valley Ranch (1 ounce packet)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup parsley chopped

Topping - 1/2 cup of melted butter and 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

*Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the cheeses, dressing, onion and parsley. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.

*Turn caps upside down into bowl of bread crumbs and place them into a glass casserole dish. (above can be made ahead of time and kept in fridge).

*When ready to bake, pour melted butter over tops of mushrooms and bake for 20-25 minutes.
